DPB Compliance
All in Place allows you to work confidently within a system that meets the essential requirements of the Designated Professional Body (DPB) licence.
All in Place:
A Compliant Framework
All in Place is grounded on the professional experience of Chartered Accountants and Financial Advisers who have been working to FCA and DPB regulations for many years. Through retained independent compliance specialists, All in Place has been tested to ensure that it operates within the remit of the DPB licence.
What is a DPB Licence?
A Designated Professional Body licence allows accountants to provide certain advice and services to clients that normally would need to be covered by an FCA regulated entity (such as an IFA). Although the terminology used often refers to investment, it actually covers a broad range of what are known as ‘exempt activities’.
Every major UK accounting Institute has the capacity to provide a DPB licence to its members.
ACCA - Exempt regulated activities
ICAS - Designated professional body
Why a DPB Licence is Important to All in Place
Designated Professional Body (DPB) licences are granted to Institutes on the basis of their membership being sufficiently qualified, ethically bound, and working in a professional manner. DPB licence holders therefore are able to both demonstrate appropriate professional competence but also a desire to extend their services to business owner clients. All in Place provides a framework which complies within these standards, so a DPB licence is recommended for using the system.

Independently Assessed
All in Place works with a retained firm of compliance specialists to ensure that you can work with confidence within the system.
As the system develops they will be regularly asked to assess new features and functionality as required.
